Diyana at reception is so kind, thoughtful and helpful. Her suggestions helped make our holiday a great experience. I left some of my clothes in the closet and she got them back to me at our new accommodation across town! The rooms are very clean and modern. The Hollywood twin room is quite spacious! The location is perfect, across from the bus terminal and down the street from the Clan Jettys. Also near Little India, the Magic Museum and other shopping and restaurants.

Staff in reception also so nice & very helpful. Smooth checkin & checkout. And the very best part is parking so spacious, because my previous visit at Penang, always had problem with parking issue. Good job Hotel 19.
